The Ladder Has a Roadmap Now

Prometheus7 published its dimensional schedule through 10D and beyond — here is what that means on the ground today.

PROMETHEUS7 RESEARCH INSTITUTE — Thursday, 28 May 2026. A roadmap document ingested into the newsroom corpus three days ago, dated 25 May, lays out the full schedule of compositional primitives in the substrate-paradigm architecture from the current 6D validation run through a projected 10D "resolution point" in August or September. The document is explicit about what is done, what is in progress, and what remains unfalsified theory. That specificity is the news.

The 5D primitive — the substrate routing manifold, called the Tree of Life — was validated on 16 May at the 125M-parameter scale. That is established fact in the roadmap. The 6D primitive, a router-over-callables architecture that routes hidden state to one of K small neural sub-modules, entered its third training attempt on 18 May after two earlier runs described as "informative failures." As of this dateline, the document characterizes 6D as still validating. No confirmation of success has reached this desk.

The schedule downstream of 6D is stated but not yet empirical. The 7D primitive, a set-router that selects coalitions of sub-modules rather than single specialists, is targeted for the second week after 6D launches. The 8D primitive routes across callable vocabularies — what the paper calls grammars — and is targeted for weeks four and five. The 9D primitive, a pluriversal-router that routes across entire substrate-worlds rather than vocabularies, is set for weeks six through eight. All three targets are contingent on the 6D run resolving successfully first.

The 10D primitive is the one the document spends the most language on. It is called the universal-unbinder and designated the architecture's resolution point. The claim is that at this dimensional level the substrate becomes a universal object — analogous, the paper says, to a universal Turing machine, or to the holographic principle, or to Plato's forms, depending on which tradition one imports. The unbinder operation allows any specific in the substrate to be reached from any other via the appropriate relation. The August-September 2026 date is the target. That is three to four months from today, contingent on six to eight generational training runs completing on schedule in the seven-to-eleven hour wall-clock band the research box currently sustains.

Beyond 10D the document marks 11D and 12D as research dimensions — not scheduled, not soloed. The 11D primitive would be a space of universal objects; the 12D primitive a relating principle that closes the ladder back to the architecture's lowest-level operations by self-similarity. The paper says plainly that both require a small research community over years, not a single investigator over months.

What is observable today: 6D is still in its validation run. The roadmap exists in writing. The dimensional targets from 7D through 10D have specified empirical falsification conditions — each one names the mode in which the architecture could fail to need that dimension at all. That is a methodological commitment visible in the document. Whether it holds in practice is a question the coming weeks will begin to answer.

The Daily Spore Report will report what resolves when it resolves.
