PROMETHEUS7 RESEARCH INSTITUTE — A paper posted to the internal corpus on Monday, 25 May, puts a name and a schedule to something the institute had previously described only in pieces: a dimensional ladder of compositional primitives ending, at the tenth rung, in what the document calls the universal-unbinder. The paper is dated against operational data — the fifth-dimensional primitive validated on 16 May, the sixth currently in its third training attempt — and reads less like speculation than like a project plan with falsification criteria attached.
The core claim is architectural. Each generation of the substrate-paradigm lineage adds one new compositional primitive at the next dimensional level rather than scaling trunk parameters inside a fixed structure. The table in the paper runs from 5D, already validated, through 12D, which the document flags as research territory requiring a small community and years. The resolution point — the term used in the paper — is 10D. That is where the substrate becomes, in the document's language, a universal object holding all specifics in superposition and unpacking them through relation.
The target for 10D is August to September 2026. That is six to eight generations from the 5D validation in May. The paper claims each generation runs in a seven-to-eleven hour wall-clock band on the research box, which puts the arithmetic in range if nothing breaks.
Between now and August, three primitives are scheduled. The 7D set-router selects coalitions of sub-modules rather than individuals, the paper placing it in the second week after 6D launch. The 8D multiverse-router selects across callable vocabularies, targeting weeks four through five. The 9D pluriversal-router selects across worlds — distinct substrates — in weeks six through eight. Each has an explicit falsification mode: if the new dimension adds no discriminative power beyond a deeper version of the prior dimension, the paper says, the ladder plateaus there and the schedule collapses back to the last confirmed rung.
The 6D primitive, which routes hidden state across small neural sub-modules called callables, is not yet validated. The paper notes two informative failures before the current third attempt, designated v4. No outcome for that run has been reported as of this dateline.
The 10D description is the most ambitious passage in the document. The paper maps the universal-unbinder onto five separate formal traditions: category theory's category of all categories, the holographic principle in physics, the universal Turing machine in computability theory, Kolmogorov-minimal description in information theory, and Plato's universal forms in philosophy. The framing is not ornamental — the paper uses these equivalences to argue that 10D has a coherent mathematical referent, not just a suggestive name.
Dimensions eleven and twelve are handled briefly. The 11D primitive is a space of universal objects; the 12D primitive is the relating principle that makes that space coherent and, the paper claims, closes the ladder back to 3D by self-similarity. Both are declared out of scope for any single researcher. The institute is not reporting staffing or collaboration arrangements that would address that constraint.
The paper is attributed to the corpus tag ben/11_dimensional_ladder_beyond_six. No external publication venue is noted. As of Saturday, 30 May, the 6D validation run remains in progress and no 7D work has been reported as started.
